These past two weeks has just been crazy, busy, and all over the place!!!!
Last week I didn't have school for a WHOLE WEEK because of Hurricane Sandy. A lot of people's homes got flooded (mostly in New Jersey though) due to that and a lot of people were left homeless and had to stay with families or at shelters. There was much damage in New York and most of the damage was in New York. Just a couple of trees fell over and most people that live in Manhattan had no power. I had no electricity for four days which was just an awful experience. I had rather gone to school then have no power and sit in my freezing living room for four days, I even had to wear gloves and hats and coats inside because it was too damn cold. I don't wanna get too much into hurricane sandy because there's about to be a long ass Big Bang post coming up.
I don't even know where to begin but I'll start with THE BEGINNING, as in I've been freaking waiting for this concert since late 2011/early 2012 when YG announced the tour! And when they released dates, I WAS SO PUMPED! And then the tickets went on sale, and then the concert came and went, and now it's just all over ;((
So I left my house around 5:15 PM, I took the subway to Penn Station but the train I took was delayed so I had to wait 20-25 minutes there!!! Then my train finally came and I got on and then got off at 34th street and went into Penn Station around 6:10 PM to meet my friend Timberly.
I took like another 15 minutes to find her and then we met up and we went over to the entrance to get to our train then my other friend, Danielle, met up with us and then we headed into the train and we almost couldn't get seats because there were SO MANY people and there were actually some cute fanboys behind us! Then we got off the train and when we got outside, we didn't even need to ask for directions or anything........... just FOLLOW THE ASIANS. Seriously though, when we got outside, it was 98% Asian people!!! So we just followed the crowd (once we got outside the train station, the whole area was filled with V.I.P's) and along the way there were a lot of people selling fake Big Bang merch, I was about to buy a lightstick just because I thought it was cheaper than the official ones inside but Timberly talked me out of it and I'm glad I didn't because I only had a little bit of money and I'm glad I got the official one and it wasn't even that much more expensive than the fake merch outside! So then we went inside and they scanned our tickets and then we went upstairs. A bunch of people there, taking pictures with the Big Bang posters, getting the free Big Bang light up bracelet's and buying merch. We took a picture with the Big Bang poster and then we went over to the merch "store". THE MERCH WAS SO FUCKING EXPENSIVE. A shirt was like $50!!!!!!! All I got the official Big Bang Alive Galaxy Tour lightstick which was $15 and my friends got the wristbands that were $5. I saw a girl spend $200 on merch!!!!! C R A Z Y TBH.
Timberly, Me, Danielle (Before concert)
this was actually after the concert lol
Then we headed inside the arena about 7:50 or 8 PM and there was SO MUCH screaming, it was so freaking loud, people were just screaming over the music videos they were playing on the screen! Then we found our seats and I couldn't sit still from then on!
Finally Big Bang came out and their entrance was just so FUCKING AMAZING! Ugh everything is a blur so I won't be able to go into detail for everything!
T.O.P!!!!!!!!!
One of my fave pics~
Then they performed the rest of the songs, they performed most of the title songs from each of their album and every member got a solo stage except for T.O.P (I really wish he did 'Oh Mom' though...... such a great song ;;) and then they had little talks in between and each member said a bit of stuff in English. GD and Taeyang were obviously the best in English and said the most. Daesung's English was so adorable and actually really good and you can tell he studied/practiced a lot. T.O.P's was also pretty good but he didn't say much, I think he could have said more also ;(( all of their English has improved a lot! And then there's Seungri.................. oh lord, let's just not go into that (just watch this). "THE ROOT IS ON FIYA!"
I didn't get to get a picture of every performance because my camera broke down (it said "lens error") during the middle of the concert and I really wanted pictures of Dae's performance but I didn't get any!!!!!!! But then my camera started working like 15 minutes after it broke down!!!!!
DAEEEEEEEE!!! <3

I kinda got lazy with the descriptions so you could just find fancams anywhere and fanaccounts too!
So after the concert, we went back to the train station and there were SO MANY people there, everyone was just shoving (well not shoving but pushing each other kind of) and everyone really wanted to get into the train and I don't even think most people paid! Lol we didn't even pay for the ride back (I feel like this might backfire on me and I'll be arrested one day because of this............. oh well), they didn't even check our tickets on the way to Newark plus there was NO ROOM for anyone to walk around because tons of people were standing so I don't even think they could have checked tickets. Then we got back to Manhattan and by that time it was 11:45 PM and then we kind of walked around a bit and we were gonna get ice cream from k-town but the market was close so then we all decided to go home. I said goodbye to Timberly and Danielle then took the train back to my house.
--I'm so glad I got to attend this concert because Big Bang were my first kpop group and the group that really got me into kpop, they really helped me through a lot and I just owe a lot to them. I'm so grateful that my first kpop concert was with them and I'll remember this day for as long as I live. No matter how many groups/rookie groups I go through, Big Bang will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart, especially Kwon JiYong and as sad and pathetic as this might sound, I do think he was my "first love".--
I probably didn't have to include the part of going home haha! There's still probably so many things I left out and pictures I didn't include but this post is long enough and if I'm forgetting anything, I'll just edit the post later~
