So I've been putting this off for a while just out of pure laziness but it's almost 3am, listening to Vampire Weekend and suddenly in the mood to write about this so here goes.

Last weekend I went to the Poconos in Pennsylvania with my friends, Kya and Emma with Emma's parents. I left on Friday and stayed there until Monday. We didn't do much when we were there on Friday, just chilled in the house and went on omegle lol. On the second day, we went to an outlet mall, no one really bought anything so we just walked around mostly. On the third day we went to the water park which was so much fun and the slides were great, also, lots of cute boys and life guards *drools*.
We stayed at the house of Emma's step-father's cousin.......... I think. It was such a nice and pretty house but literally in the middle of nowhere, they didn't have any close neighbors and it was basically in the woods. It was too quiet, I don't think I could stay there, I'm too use to the city but it was a nice stay for vacation and to get away from the city for a while just to relax.

The pool was really nice and warm so we chilled there for a long time and there were a few cute life guards which is always a plus!!! I didn't really get to take good pictures of the slides because I didn't bring my phone around much, I only took a lot of pictures at the pool because we had a cabana right by the pool and on the sky ride. The slides were really good and some too scary for me. There was one where you drop into seven feet of water and I thought I could handle that but when u drop in, you really go hard and there was water pouring down from above so I couldn't see well and I was facing the opposite side from where you're suppose to get out. I felt like I was drowning but after about maybe three or four minutes of struggling to gain control, I found my way and swam back. Also the life guards suck, you could tell they were really lazy and hoped you saved yourself lol.

I miss the water park already. I haven't been to one in so long and I really had a lot of fun that day. I probably won't even go to one for another 10 years I bet. I really had a lot of this weekend, this is the most I did this summer haha!!
Also, I started listening to Vampire Weekend again. I use to love them so much but then I got into kpop lol. I didn't know they released a new album a few months ago, I started listening to Modern Vampires of the City and all the songs on the album are amazing, my favorite song on the album is probably Step.
This is just a lyric video but it's so beautiful??? I just love that the backdrop is of all places in NY
