You might be wondering why you should be wearing purple today. Well, today, people all over the world are wearing purple to honor the six gay boys who committed suicide because fellow classmates kept harassing and bullying and it never stopped and they felt the only way to end the pain was to commit suicide. Purple represents Spirit on the LGBT (Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgenders) people flag. The day is almost over, but if you're going out, wear purple, spread the word, do anything if you you care. Sorry I haven't posted in a while, I've been so busy; studying for tests, practicing my monologues for my high school auditions, and I have so much homework! UGH! Today was an okay day like always. In Humanities, we watched Rebel Without a Cause starring James Dean and Natalie Wood, it's a pretty good movie but we didn't watch the whole thing, just the beginning. I also wore this with a blue jean jacket but I can't upload the picture! UGHHHH! X's and Circles, Tiffany Labels: Forever 21, James Dean, LGBT, Natalie Wood, purple, Rebel Without a Cause Sweater from my Mom, Top from H&M, Oxford shoes from Forever 21 Today was an okay day. Went to school, went out for lunch with friends, went back to school, finished the day off with elective class and boom, done. Boring, as usual. My life is so boring. UGH. Yeah, I'm rockin' my mom's old sweater. Lately, I seem to be stealing a lot of my mom's clothes. Something you might enjoy. Peace. ![]() X's and Circles, Tiffany Labels: Forever 21, outfits, school Today, I had a bit of writers block. I couldn't write a good blog post today so that's why I'm posting this so late. My weekend was great. I went to Urban Outfitters yesterday and Forever 21 today. Sadly, the weather wasn't so good, it was in the 60's and 50's the whole weekend and it was raining the whole week and it'll be raining again this week! Ugh, way to start the school week. It's weird to say that just last weekend it was 90 degrees and now it's officially Fall. Also, yesterday I was going to purchase a pair of lovely wedge sandals but decided not too. Honestly, I have no idea why I didn't buy them, I guess I just didn't feel like walking to the cash register, pure laziness. Not good. So now I'm salivating over these black wedge heels below. We got a substitute for Humanities class. Math was fun again, math this year is so fun! Our teacher finds these lame math or non-related math jokes and he tells us and we have to try to guess, sometimes it's so not funny, that it's actually funny. HA. HA. HA. Math is awesome. I wore this dress to school today, I got many complements. I'm proud. Dress from Forever 21 And please excuse that collage of weapons in the back, I did a project about how terrorism was bad and that we should have peace everywhere in 5th grade. And underneath that, is my saxophone which I never play. Yes, I know, the title is kind of lame but Pretty in Pink is one of my favorites movies. JOHN HUGHES FOREVER. X's and Circles, Tiffany Labels: Forever 21, outfits, school I would have worn my mom's boots with this outfit but I had gym today and I don't like wearing sneakers so Oxfords are the closest thing to sneakers. I hate gym. My science teacher has already assigned us to a lab report and it's due tomorrow. Luckily I'm already finished, nerd. Sorry I hardly take pictures outside. Green sweater top from Forever 21, Floral tights X's and Circles, Tiffany Labels: Forever 21, outfits, school THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY! It was just another boring day I have longed for Friday so long and it's finally here! Today was the first official day of school (where we actually did some work). Nothing really interesting happened today. But in my elective class, which is Performing Arts, we got a syllabus from our teacher and she made everyone read a line or a paragraph in a British accent, it was quite funny, there were lots of fails. And that was pretty much the most interesting thing on September 17, 2010. I wore this to school and my friend was like "Oooh, fishnet tights!". Black top for Forever 21 (I know, I get pretty much everything from Forever 21), Blue jean shorts, White fishnet tights, Mom's boots. I didn't wear the hat to school but it was on my shelf, so I just grabbed it on put it on my head. Disco ball ![]() Disco ball: Lookbook.nu X's and Circles, Tiffany Labels: Forever 21, outfits, school So today was the first day of school. Ah, 8th grade. It wasn't very special, it just felt like any other school day but all the girls were screaming "OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD, HEYYYYY! I MISS YOU!", including me and all the guys were like "Hey, *some hugs*" and that was pretty much it. I didn't get in the same class with any of my friends, well, my close friends, I did get some friends but they're not like friends that I can share inside jokes and old memories with, at least I can have lunch and electives with my friends. I hardly saw any 6th graders which was weird. In my school, there is no equal, if you're a 6th grader, you should feel intimated. I also got a great locker, yayya. Last year and the year before, it was a total nightmare from lockers, everyone was pushing and shoving, bodies smashed together and people screaming, it was a messed, the last two years, it was first come first serve so it was always so disorganized! But I did get great lockers in 6th and 7th grade, they were awesome lockers. This year the lockers were "assigned" as in there was a section of lockers for each class section, but within that class section we could choose any locker, I getting way too in depth with this, I'm going to stop and just hope you know what I mean. And tomorrow I don't have any school and on Friday! Why can't we just start school on Monday? If you read this whole "long paragraph", you must love reading. I have so much more to say about school, but I'll bore you too death, so onwards. Knit top in Cream from Forever 21 and Blue Jean shorts from Old Navy. And yes, that is a picture of Obama on the left. Oxfords from Forever 21 Very simple, plain outfit, and you're probably thinking "Whaaaa?". I was going to go for something a little bit more exciting but I'm happy with my final choice.
