 Floral sweater from the 90's - Thrift Shop, Old leggings - Mom Today was ludicrous. I always find myself having a bad day at school, or I'll have a great day but at the last minute, right when I'm about go leave school, someone ruins my whole day. I just had to get that out. Anyways, I feel like I haven't posted an outfit post in a long time! And sorry for the atrocious quality in the pictures. Normally, my pictures are a bit better than these because I have better light. I forgot to take picture of my outfit, I remembered right when the sun was setting, I was so mad, I wanted as much natural light as I could get. Yes, I got a haircut during winter break. In Humanities, we just finished reading The Catcher in the Rye (amazing book, read it) and we have to write an essay and it's one of the graduation requirements so it's very important. We get math quizzes EVERY week, we had one right before Thanksgiving break on Wednesday and then we had one today! And today, I just got a new science project, hooray. Sorry, I just had to get my little rant out. A few days ago, I was rummaging through a pile of my mom's old stuff and I came across some old albums from the 60's and 70's, I hit the jackpot. The pictures were so amazing and old, almost like it was taken with a film camera. I just had to share it. Sad thing is, my IRISH friend told me about these dramas. I just finished watching a Korean drama called Playful Kiss, it's so good. You can watch it on Hulu and they have English subtitles. It's based on the Japanese manga series called Mischievous Kiss. I never in my life thought I would ever like Asian dramas especially Korean dramas because most of the modern ones are based on Japanese manga series and I absolutely hate manga. I always thought those Taiwanese and Korean actors had really strange hair, that's why I never bothered watching any Asian dramas. Me and my friends ate lunch in the park so I was freezing. I wore a Grey sweater and a scarf but still wasn't enough. I was going to wear black skinny jeans but I thought shorts and tights made the outfit complete.     Shoes from Kmart. Also, I have another audition this Saturday. I have to memorize two monologues. The short boots (top, right) are hideous at first glance but once you put them on they look beautiful, actually, it depends on what you wear them with but honestly, they're beautiful. I actually own a brown pair of Short Boots but I think this one is so much more better and it suede! Right now, I just need boots. Boots, boots, boots! The Vintage Lady bag (top, right) is not really my style and I probably would have hated it last year but for some reason I see something different about it. I'm suppose to be doing my homework, instead I'm typing away on my computer with piles of homework on my desk, blasting the theme from Veronica Mars (I've never watched one episode of Veronica Mars but the theme is just true genius music), and leaving the TV on. I've got to get my homework done, go, go go. Can't, I'm just gonna keep typing until I feel like doing my homework again. Today, I was totally caught of guard because I didn't know we were suppose to perform our scenes for Theater Elective class so I was unprepared. Luckily, for my scene, I didn't need anything in particular, everything I needed was right on stage. Aftermath: I did horrible. School is the most cruel and unusual punishment especially when you got put into a bad class with none of your close friends, ahem, me. At least it's Opening Projects which means all we do is go to different classrooms with students from 6 grade to 12th grade and the teachers talk and they try to make us "talk" to each other but we ending sitting there awkwardly not saying a thing. Face it, 6th graders cannot just be put next to a giant 12th grader, it's scary, I've been there. Oh, and we got to watch Freaks and Geeks in one of my seminars, actually it was only a short video clip but it still counts. Freaks and Geeks, go watch it.
